I Have A Savings Bond Of $1000 From 1840. What Is It Worth?

This is a light savings bond, i was wondering if there was any collectors. Who could give me an answer.

    I would say most likely doubled in value.  The only way to find out is take it into your local bank, where you do your banking and ask them the value of it.  Good-Luck.
