My Hair Is A Bit Flat And Thin, With A Few Other Frustrating Problems. How Can I Fix This?

Seventeen and I have thin hair. It's so frustrating! It also tends to fall out out of no where, and it can get brittle and dry at the ends. How can I thicken my hair up, make it stronger, and make it super soft and silky without it burning a hole (or two) in my pocket(s)?

Depends on what type of hair you have- let me know, and I'll see if I can help.

Uh... The best way I can describe it is it's shoulder blade length, thin, kinda frail, and the ends like to break (but that happens to everyone's hair). Was there something else you meant, though?
