Chambord is a French liqueuer made from small black raspberries, fruits, herbs and honey. There are many delicious cocktails you can make with it. Here are two of my favourites:
French Martini
A very simple and fruity cocktail!
Chill a martini glass.
In a shaker add ice, two shots of vodka, 2 and a 1/2 shots of pineapple juice and 1/2 shot of Chambord. (It doesn't seem like much but it has a very powerful flavour)
Place the top on the shaker and shake vigorously for about twenty seconds.
Strain off into the glass - topping with the foamy head.
Garnish with a twist of lemon rind.
La Boheme
A sexy, hip cocktail!
Chill a martini glass.
Put ice into a shaker and add 1 shot of vodka, 1/2 shot of elderflower cordial, 1/2 shot of chambord and 1 and a 1/2 shots of cranberry juice.
Cover and shake.
Pour into glass.
(for an extra touch of class you can add gold flakes to the rim of the glass!)
