How about going to a friend who can get on line, download the drivers onto a disk, then insert the disk in your computer and download from there.

You can go to an internet cafe and download the drivers on to a flash drive or onto a cd. Just be sure to get the drivers for the specific model of laptop and then take it back, plug in your flash drive or cd and install them from there by clicking on the setup icon of each file. Be sure to get it for the correct OS as well.
