Is It Still Ok To Take The Dog For A Walk While They Are On There Period Is It Safe To Be Off The Lead?

You could get your dog spayed. Other dogs will try to mate with her even if she isn't on her period. I think it is safe though, but if you don't want her to be pregnant then you should keep her in the house or in the back your until she is spayed.

Yes you can take her for a walk but keep her on a leash. Make sure you keep your eye on her she is leaving a scent and all male dogs are aware of it they will follow her home.
