Relay races (outdoors) ... in Fancy dress.

Hit the pinata.  Outdoors.
Don't blindfold them but do raise/lower the pinata quite sneakily and unmercifully.

Take a bite.  Best outdoors!
Dangle a donut, tied on a string attached to a stick (fishing-rod style).  Children take turns trying get a bite; tie hands behind their backs and blindfold the taller and older ones.  Can have several donuts on the go at once, but prevent collisions.

Pass the orange.   Small-medium size groups (depends on size of your tables, though!).
Divide into two equal size teams, at different tables.  Must use only their chins to pass the orange on a full circuit around around the table (set up an obstacle course if necessary).  Fastest team wins.

Balloons.
Two teams.  Tie balloons to everyone's ankles. On "go", each team tries  to burst other team's balloons.  Players losing balloons are out of game.  Team with the last balloon wins.

Battling bananas.  Outdoors.
Two players each go, they face off, dash at each other, and duel with bananas (bananas must only hit other bananas, no bananas hitting people).  First banana to disintegrate is loser.

Winner plays a new challenger (new bananas each round).  Losers clean up any mess.  Final winner is best banana in last round.
