I make my own. Usually starting with a stock, and adding accordingly. The possibilities are endless and hardly ever turn out bad. Lol

There's a lot of good BBQ sauces out there, but we like to make our own at home. Mesquite BBQ sauce is really good, or you might try a sweeter type. The type we use for ours (it's so good!) is down below (don't worry about quantity, just make however much you feel you need):

      -Ketchup

      -Garlic Salt

-Vinegar (doesn't matter what kind, just don't use too much!)

Mix the ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly mixed; you're free to add any extra ingredients if this doesn't meet your standards.

This is the short, simple recipe my family has always used and it's never failed us. You're always welcome to try making your own, experimenting with it or buying some at the store! It's all going to turn out well in the end. X3 I hope this helped. :)

If you can find a ready made BBQ sauce without high fructose corn syrup--good luck.  We try to avoid this ingredient, but it's in a lot of food products.  Make your own sauce using tomato sauce, brown sugar, mustard and a little soy sauce then add spices as you like.

This entirely depends upon what type of meat you are preparing and whether you are grilling or smoking your meat. What I like to do more often than not is go with full pork ribs. The portions for baby-backs are too small. And after keeping them in the oven at a broil for quite a while, usually an hour or so at 400 degrees, I'll take them out and brown them on the grill. For a sauce, I like to use a peach base which is common in the south and much less acidic than a tomato base sauce. This will complement the rich flavor and texture of the pork.
