When You Have Herpes, Does Your Lower Back Hurt?

I mean I know that I have them already but my lower back is really hurting and I do have an outbreak.

    Herpes is caused by virus usually HSV1 and HSV 2. The backache is not typical sign of herpes. Among the signs of herpes, there is generalized pain and fatigue in muscle. Legs and buttock are most commonly affected.

      Hi, I would say YES. I get terrible lower back pain and it makes me feel fatigued and i feel 100 years old!. Not sure its been proven that the two are linked but i think it must be.
