What To Serve At An Easter Brunch?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Easter is just the ideal time to celebrate what with the end of the long hard winter months and the pleasant days to come. Easter as a day commences with an early morning service followed by the traditional Easter brunch an unforgettable occasion. Though at most times one hardly gets any time in the morning for cooking resulting in a hastily prepared brunch not quite befitting the occasion.

An Easter brunch ideally should be planned a few days in advance the dishes invariably take a longer time to make. There are a number of dishes that one could serve like sausages and bacon with French toast, pancakes and salads, with cakes and muffins for dessert. Waffles with eggs and bacon is a traditional dish easy to make and absolutely mouth watering. Another option would be ham and eggs with potato pancakes and butter cake a scrumptious brunch that would go especially well if one has invited guests.
