Can I Train And Qualify As A Drama Teacher If I Do Not Have A GCSE In Either Maths Or Science?

I have achieved an higher diploma in Performing Arts:Acting and would like to do my third year and gain a BA and then continue and do another year to achieve a PGCE and be able to teach drama to GCSE upwards. I have been told that I would not be eligible to do this training unless I have gained a GCSE in either Maths or Science. Is that correct.

No its not correct. Maths or science has nothing to do with performing arts. You only need PGCE to be a drama teacher and that's all.
