I Have A Phobia Of Being Sick Can You Help?
I feel sick all the time well i think i do and it stops me from going out and socialising because I'm scared i might be sick and its ruining my life i need help could anyone suggest anything or help ...?

If you are getting on the internet to check symptoms that you think you have STOP DOING IT!!!!! It will drive you crazy. My advice is to get a complete physical from a doctor, if everything comes back fine. GET ON WITH YOUR LIFE! I did this same exact thing after my father died and still sometimes obsess about it. Think of it like this, when there is something seriously wrong with you your body will tell you! But everyone in this world has aches and pains and the occasional pain in their stomach or chest that doesn't mean anything. Muscles make up for most of peoples body aches and pains so enjoy your life to it's fullest because no one knows when it's their time.
