What Are Employers Perceptions Of Online Masters Degrees In Library Science/Information Architecture?
I live in NYC and recently began an online masters in Information Studies with Florida State University. Though it's a great program, I'm concerned about potential employers and their perceptions of online degrees. What can I do to help develop ties to the local information architecture community so I don't seem like so much of an outsider?

It is very important that you believe in what you are doing. Library Sciences is a very interesting topic and you would get numerous opportunities for job as Library manager, or Librarian or a library assistant. So don't worry, just remain on the lookout for jobs and keep applying.
