    Kevin J. Anderson has edited three anthologies of short stories. In the year 1995, he edited the book entitled Tales from the Mos Eisley Cantina. This is a collection which comprises sixteen stories. The stories are set in the Star Wars universe. One of the stories in the book is written by him. It is the ninth story in the book and it is entitled Swap Meet: The Jawa's Tale.

    He edited the anthologies entitled Tales from the Jabba's Palace and Tales of the Bounty Hunters in the year 1996. A Boy and His Monster: The Rancour Keeper's Tale (the first story in the anthology entitled Tales from the Jabba's Palace) and Therefore I Am: The Tale of IG-88 (the first story in the anthology entitled Tales of the Bounty Hunters) were written by Anderson.
