How Do You Dry Your Phone?

If you have gotten the components inside your phone wet, there is not much chance that drying them out will help. Most likely has short circuited.
Only thing I can recommend is contacting the company that made the phone or the company who sold you the phone to have it repaired.
Not likely they will fix it at no charge even if you have insurance on it, as getting the phone wet isn't usually covered under the warranty.
