Run through the obvious things first. Do you have an appropriate level of radiator fluid mixed 50/50 with water?
When was you last oil change performed or what is the current level and viscosity of your oil? Have you taken off or put on any parts that would block or misdirect air from to your radiator or cooling fan? Next are a couple of parts that may be in need of attention or replacement. Thermostat, water pump, any and all coolant hoses, or radiator.
