We Need To Take Money Out Of My Husband 401 K In Order To Stay Afloat, It's A Federal 401k, We Already Took Money Out Once, Can We Do It Again?
We are in need of that money, the house payment are strangling us and we need to pay off our bills, my husband is in poor health. We are 64 years old.
