I Replaced A Light Fixture In The Bathroom. I Was Thrilled To Death To See That The Lights Worked, But Now They Won't Turn Off. I Replaced The Switch, Did'nt Help. Any Suggestions?

All I did was disconnect the wires from the old light fixture and reattached them to the new light fixture. What could be the problem?

The only time I saw this problem was with reversed polarity.
Someone had run the neutral through the switch  instead of the hot.
I would try changing the way the wires are hooked to the light, reverse the black and white.
You can also check the switch with a voltage tester.  One of the two screws on the switch should be hot or both if switch is on.  If they are not, the neutral has been switched.

And it could be the switch itself too.
Turn power off except when testing.
