Can Mother Move Kids Out Of State An Hide From Dad?

Answer Question

You should consult with a lawyer about this, and you should get a restraining order, like I just did. While getting the order, you should really ask the judge if you may. Or ask the lawyer before you file, I think if you are fleeing, and cross state lines, you have to get the order there. Hope this helps.
