I Want To Loose 135 Lbs., How Many Calories Should I Eat Per Day?

    I  would say 1500 calories for a woman and 30 g fat, for a man aprox 1800-2000 calories 45 g fat. Plenty of vegetables and at least 2 portions of fruit per day and drink atleast 2 litres of water a day.

    I have been following a plan that suits my busy lifestyle i have lost 11 pounds in less than two weeks following this plan and you don't even need to exercise. Everday the scales were getting lower and i acually lost loads of my stomach and legs exactly where i wanted to target. Iam so excited about losing this weight and i would love to help people get their confidence back just like i have here is where i got the plan copy and paste it and get some more information on how i lost my weight     www.swurl.cc
