There might be something you'll find in the line of an antibiotic that the kitten might be able to take at Petco. But it isn't too likely. You could keep the eye gently wiped clean, and let the cold run it's course. Make sure the kitten has a little milk bottle and milk from Petco also, since it doesn't have a mommy I assume.

You will have to feed it several times a day, and throughout the night as well. When the kitty is about 6 weeks old you can start to introduce the solid foods, and water, that is when he will start to have solid bowel movements too, so then you will have to take the kitten to the box several times a day, and eventually it will catch on to what it needs to do there.
