i recently had my blood drawn and after i had it drawn i began to lose weight and as i got to the hospital i was immediately talked about by the staff saying i had the virus i went in because i was afraid that i might have it not that i had it i just panic every year when i take the test.

You can only get HIV from a dirty needle. Typically, blood drawing is in a clinical environment, therefore, should be sterile. Always assume a needle is dirty if you don't see it being taken out of the original sterile packaging.
