    I Am Getting Evicted From A Private 2 Family House. There Is No Lease And I Am A Single Mom With Two Disabled Children. I Have Never Missed Any Rent Payments. Is There Anyway Out Of This?

    I am going to court tommorow without a lawyer and need some info on how to not get evicted. I have done nothing wrong to my landlord and rent is always paid on-time

    Unfortunately with out a lease ,there's not much you can do the land lord would have the power to evict you at any time although they are required to give you a thirty day time limit to move.
