How Do You Make An Ice Queen Costume?
For Halloween, my friend and I are being "fire and ice." I am supposed to be ice. For my costume, I had in mind silvery and bluish colors. We are both female teenagers. Any ideas? Thanks!

I have the same prob for our school party im ice and cant find anything but i need something but i want to run around but if u want glamor buy a dress add glitter and "snow flakes"
