    Eating vitamin E rich foods is the healthiest way to get your daily requirement. Some common Vitamin E Rich Foods include Wheat germ oil ( the richest), Sunflower oil, Vegetable oils, Hazelnuts, canola, Sunflower seeds, Soybean oil, Peanuts, Almonds, Avocado, eggs, and green, leafy vegetables. It is important to note that Vitamin E can be lost during cooking or even storing. Foods containing Vitamin E cannot be exposed to high temperatures or sunlight. There are also Vitamin E supplements available but they are not as easily absorbed by the system.
    Vitamin E is exists in eight different forms and is vital to a person's survival. It is an Antioxidant that protects the body's cells against potentially damaging free radicals. Scientists believe that these free radicals may serve to aggravate cardiovascular disease and cancer. It plays an important role in the functioning of the immune system and protects blood cells, the retina, skeletal muscle and the nervous system. A person suffering from vitamin E deficiency would experience weakened muscles and fertility problems.
