Yes, ive had alot of similar things happen like that myself i can visualize it happening before it happens and ive even stopped really dangerous things from happening to my brother and myself. You can't tell by yourself if you are psychic or not. You needed to be checked by doctor first and then he will tell you about your deviation from normal behavior.
