How Do I Know The Size Of My Tyre?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Your tyre measurements will be shown on the actual tyre itself. All you have to do is check for the measurements on the rim of the tyre. They will normally look like this:

    205 / 55 16 W

205 = Width of tyre in mm
55 = Height of the tyre sidewall as a percentage of the width
16 = Diameter of the tyre's inner rim in inches
W = Indicates the max speed for the tyre at full load. ( in this case 168mph)
