If I were you I would get myself checked out by a doctor, this is too long just to be post-operative pain, especially if it was keyhole surgery.

The soft stool can be explained by your reduced ability to digest fat, now that you have no bile to emulsify it. Choose the low fat version of foods if there is one, avoid fried food, dairy products and high fat cookies and cakes. This should help with some of the pain as well. A visit to an osteopath or chiropractor may help your shoulder and back, as some post-op aches and pains can be caused by the position you are held in for surgery.

You need to go back to your doctor and have it x-rayed or examined. Don't stop until pain is all gone. This is just a joke: What if they left a knife in your stomach???

Don't worry, that probably is just something and eventually heald up. But if I were you, while I'm waiting for this "Eventually" thing, I will have it checked.

Go see your Doctor or Surgeon and insist on going for an ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography) - go see this site :
digestive.niddk.nih.gov had an ERCP done to clean out my ducts after I had my gallbladder removed, and I am much better now.

I get  a sharp pain in my right side when I eat certain foods. Also have the back pain that I had when my gbder was flaring up.  The pain is so bad in my back I have to take oxycontin to get relief. I was told that it would take 1 year for my body to adjust to my gblader being removed. I also wonder if the pain is caused by constipation from the medication?
        - Hope things get better I live on rice, beans and chicken, organic cereal and that is about it.
