Did you get quarterly reports from the finance company that has your 401K? You should be receiving reports. The reports contain your account number and list a 1-800 number to call. You can see whether you can transfer the funds over to an account in your bank. If you choose to retrieve the money you will be penalized. The government will take out what's due.
