How Do I Stop My Dog Scratching Everything?

Your dog might have fleas or another type of problem but I'd think about the shampoo you're using to wash him. Just like people, I'm sure their skin can be sensitive to shampoo. Maybe switch shampoos or use something like a puppy shampoo which will be more sensitive. If itching persists i'd take him to the vet.
