Paper is the only thing that if recycled, the quality of which deteriorates. But it is widely recycled substance because any kind of household paper can be recycled. If we take the example of the United Kingdom, approximately 18% of their household paper waste is being recycled.
Paper is considered to be the best for recycling as it takes 28-70% less energy, the emission release is 95% fewer, the amount of water required is less and also the raw materials required are very few.
The problem with recycling of paper is that you can not recycle it indefinitely. With every recycle the fiber length of the paper is reduced and it is good to be recycled only for six times and virgin fibers are needed to maintain quality.
