Huntington Disease is a neurological disorder and is inherited genetically. In the disease, affected person has abnormal body movements due to lack of coordination. The responsible gene is dominant and is inherited from single parent. So it is not result of Pleiotropy because in this effect, single gene affect multiple phenotype effects e;.g. Human disease phenylketonuria.
