    A Former Boyfriend And I Got Into An Arguement. He Damaged The Apartment And Threatened The Neighbors. Can The Landlord Evict Me For This?

    I recently moved into an apartment when I former boyfriend and I got in an argument. He damaged the apartment door and threatened the neighbors. The police were called. The landlords posted a three notice for violation of terms of the lease. Can I be evicted over due to a guest's in my apartment actions?

    They may not evict you this time .But if it happens again. And keeps happening then yes they would evict you .
