What Is A Dork?

Dork is another way to call someone a nerd, and intelligent person who usually looks rather odd, the stereotypical geek look is glasses, frizzy hair, spots unusually dressed.

It's a geek, a dweeb, a nerb.  Picture a high water plaid pants, black taped broken eyeglasses, pocket protector in shirt.  It's a dumb or goofy person.

Dork is a dull stupid fatuous person. You can say a "jerk".
