By getting points... Answering questions, rating answers, links to blurtit, referring friends...

You do this by answering questions, and leaving ratings for answers. When you do that, you are earning points, and when you make enough points, you will reach the next level. To find these out, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on help, and in there click on points and levels. Hope this helps, and happy blurting.
