    How Do I Find An Old Friend Without Having To Pay The People Search Companies? I've Tried Multiple Ways, But With No Results? I Got A Few Possible Leads Through The People Search, But Don't Know For Sure.

    I don't want to pay them for results on somebody that's not her. How else can I find her? We were really close when I moved away 13 yrs ago and have often wondered what happened to her. I've tried Myspace, tribe, google, yahoo, classmates.com, reunion.com, and a few others with no results - is paying the search companies the only way to go or is there some other ways I might find her?

    Unless you have traditional contacts through friends, relatives, etc., you may have difficulty without paying a search service. Some search services charge for 24-hour passes where you can search an unlimited amount for that period. Another idea is that some search services allow you to locate city and state of a person without giving you more information. You could then go to that particular white pages to see if there are residential listings for your friend.
