Are There Any Board Games Featuring Horses?

          There is a good variety of board games featuring horses and prior to the days of computers, the internet and cyber games, most children grew up with some of these classic board games. A good example is the Horse-Opoly Board Game, where the goal for each player is to purchase horses and barns. As one can guess from the title, this game is closely based on Monopoly. Similar to this game is Farm-Opoly, where players get to build and buy farms.

          "Herd Your Horses" is another example of an equestrian-based board game. This game involves colourful playing cards, and the player gets to experience life from the perspective of a rancher. More than anything, this is an educational game, where you can learn about horses, how to care for them, as well as participate in a series of adventures.

          If you like trivia games, you can try "Whoa Equivia," where you can answer up to 3,600 questions in six categories.

Horse-poly is a good game to get to play if you like the board games like Monopoly. I have had the game "Herd your Horses" but I don't remember if I found it entertaining or not.
