Why Is The Mother Hamster Carrying The Babies And Putting Them In The Wheel And Carrying Them All Over The Place?

The Mother hamster is putting her 7 day old babies in the wheel. She also carries them in her mouth all over the cage. I don't understand why. Please help me.

I don't really know but do you have another hamster in the cage except the babies?she is probably protecting them.
