Can The Power Pack Stop Charging The Laptop But Still Allow It To Operate Normal?
I have a toshiba satellite the charger seems to run the computer fine but does not charge the battery even when off could replacing the charger fix the problem?

It looks like it is a problem with the battery not the charger. You might need to change the batteries of the laptop and not the charger.

i thought that too so i got a brand new battery my comp acts like it is charging but it then seems to fault out and the charging light starts to blink
Yea, the problem is with the battery not the charger. The battery on my laptop is bad now, it will only hold a charge for 30 min until going out. But thankfully batteries aren't really that expensive anymore so it will be a quick fix.
