    Employer Fires Me For Supposed Violation Of Co. Policy Yet None Written Or Verbally Been Set And Others Doing Same Violation Wo Retaliation.. What To Do Next?

    I have askd for the correction on my final paycheck with severance and hes signed for the letter but not complied or answered .

      It depends on what the company violation was. You may have ground for unemployement. But the lawyer will cost you more than it is worth. File for the employement and look for another job.
