    Sometimes the medicine and or vitimans one takes contains the metal iron. too much at the wrong time comes out in your body sweat, period, any external body securation.
    " One a day " vitimans sometimes should be taken one every other day.

      if you were taking enough iron to be able to smell it, then it would be causing you serious harm - the condition Hemochromatosis.

      I can't answer your question I am afraid, but neither can Danny books. Daily vitamin tablets are just that - daily, the amount required to supplement a diet. I would suggest you see a GP.
