What Is Latin For " Thus It Stands"?

    I'm prepared to be shot down by Latin scholars, as I only did it at O-level some 36 years ago, but I would say it is 'Sic Stabit'

    Close. 'Sic stabit' is 'thus it will stand'. 'Thus it stands' would be 'sic stat' or 'ita stat'.
