How Can I Forget A Woman That I Love For At Least 3 Years?she Cheated On Me But I Still Love Her!

The exact thing happened to me.  I got involved with CASA, a child advocacy volunteer program.  There are thousands of children that are alone and abandoned by their own parents. Try to remind yourself over and over that there are many many people out there that are much worse than you; no matter how bad you might think it is.  

Keep a good attitude and thank God for the blessings you do have.

Make yourself much busy as much as you can.  do it for yourself,
stop thinking much about her
If you can't do so, be involved in listening to sweet and melodious music
then  i think you can..............???

  When you have been with someone for a while and give your heart to them it is very hard to shut such emotions on and off. It is plain not natural as a matter of fact. It would appear that if she is willing to change and you are willing to forgive without forgetting you two may be able to work things out. But ask if this is the woman you want to settle down with. There is a lot of responsibility on her part and she must be held accountable with love. But you must be firm when you sit and have a conversation with her to see where she truly stands. You don't deserve to be cheated on and there is no logical explanation for selfishness. But love can conquer all if both parties feel mutually. You have to do what is best for you and your future.
