IS This Guy A Jerk OR Not?

O.K.  You're guessing that "he surely brags about it to a friend about her MOVE".  Could be but if he did then he's looking for a conquest instead of a relationship.  If he bragged about this to his friends and IF word got back to her then he would look like an idiot.

I think in this situation that there is an attraction between the male and female but it is not a strong attraction.  They may or may not be suitable to each other and have a good relationship.  But there is game playing going on and that usually indicates it a "players" field.

I don't think he's a jerk.  I think he's popular with the opposite sex and used to getting what he wants, however, he a game player.

In my opinion this guy sounds kinda like a jerk...especially if he actually did brag about the 'move' to his friends.....sounds like the kind of guy that doesn't have a long enough attention span to keep a good gf for awhile
