Am I Within My Legal Rights In Indiana To Break My Lease If My Safety Is In Jeopardy? What Steps Do I Take To Do This?

People are selling drugs on our property, cars have been broken into, my motorcycle was stolen, someone tried to break into my window, in adequate lighting outside, locked and gated building, but doors are constantly propped open, people have security code who do not live here.
