Uninstalling Windows 98 is quite easy. Start the windows on a normal mode. Click on 'Start', followed by 'Settings' and then 'Control Panel'. Click on 'Add/Remove Programs' and uninstall Windows 98. After clicking, the windows will perform a scandisk and in the end of it click 'Yes' to remove it. Follow the instructions on the screen for an easy removal. Restart the pc and continue your work on MS-DOS as there will not be any windows platform. If you plan on installing any windows platform, insert the original bootable windows CD in to the CD drive and restart the computer.  The computer will automatically catch the CD and ask you to install the windows. Follow the simple instructions. It should take around an hour to complete the installation. You can also have the option of formatting the computer before installing the windows.
