What Does Adderall Do When Mixed With Methadone?

I use methadone and a lot of people abuse adderall on it, why is this? They say its like speed is this true?

Methadone is for detox treatment of heroin. Mixing these two drugs can cause you to have a heart attack. And abusing methadone by itself can kill you. Www.drugs.com/methadone.html

A) Methadone has a few uses: Heroin REPLACEMENT ( it doesnt "detox" ) & pain management being the primary.
B) Many flu medicines cause heart attacks 10X more often!
C) Abusing ANY chemical can kill you, even water (look it up!)
D) There IS a danger! Both Amphetamine & Levo-Amphetamine ( ADDERALL) and Methadone deplete cerain liver enzymes that "deactivate" the drugs. Result is 10mg Adderall may act like 50mg causing dangerous side effects.
Thats THE (NON-JUDGEMENTAL) TRUTH!

The reason I got mad is because people who ask questions like that need assistance/answers that WILL HELP THEM. Not blabbering based on moralistic judgements! ( eg: You assumed that someone who uses methadone=a stupid person who didnt read the label "May cause death if overdosed")

Adsflkjhad: I take it you have not known anyone to overdose on methadone. As nicole's son did. Now her son is gone. This is why i added the site which gives the information on the drug methadone and it's interaction with other drugs. He did not ask about other drugs he asked about specific use of adderall with methadone.i was not judging just giving the shortest direct answer. In other words the mixing of drugs when not prescribed will most likely cause a overdose/death.

It could seriously kill you, if it doesn't kill you it could seriously hurt your body. Its not safe at all. I would advise it. Have you ever thought about going to NA. I would advise you to do that.
