No you will get negative results for sure. You need to wait at least a week after your period is suppose to start and do it with the first voiding of the morning. This is when your hcg levels are high.

It depends on how much HCG is in your urine. I took one a week after i missed my period and it came up negative. It all depends on the pregnancy test, but maybe you should wait until you have missed you period completely just in case.
