    One Month Before 12mon. Lease Is Up, I Received A "notice Of Termination Of Tenancy Without Stated Cause"?

    There was no problems or causes that I'm not aware of? I live in an apt. In Oregon. Why am I receiving a notice like that before my lease is up?

    The landlord can't terminate the lease until the tenant has done something illegal. The termination notice must be written according to the state's law. You can go to court and defend yourself. Read your state law and know about your rights.
