I don't know what format your Music Videos is. But I can recommend a ipod vidoe converter which can convert most of all popular video formats to ipod video format.

Make a new playlist and put it in or drag it into an already made playlist on itunes. Just make sure that you already added that playlist to go onto your ipod touch.
