 I am not an expert on this. But I believe you would not qualify because you nor has the "employer" has paid into the unemployment fund. You really are not an "employee" you are a contracted person...who pays not taxes or unemployment benefits. I hope this helps, but I would also check with the Unemployment office in your state.
